This privacy policy describes how Omnibuildfr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number B 932 481 657 ("we", "our firm"), collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the omnibuildfr.com website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the amended French Data Protection Act.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Omnibuildfr SAS, whose registered office is located at 18 rue de la Banque, 75002 Paris. The Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@omnibuildfr.com.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data: first and last name, email address, phone number, family and professional situation voluntarily disclosed, browsing data (cookies, IP address, browser type). No banking data is collected via the site.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data are processed in order to: (i) reply to your free audit requests, (ii) build and follow up your administrative file, (iii) send you our communications with your consent, (iv) comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on your consent (contact form, newsletter), the performance of a contract (advisory engagement), our legal obligations (accounting, anti-money laundering) and our legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention).

5. Retention period

Prospect data are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Client data are kept for 10 years after the end of the engagement, in accordance with French accounting and tax obligations.

6. Recipients

Your data can be accessed by our authorised consultants, our technical sub-processors (hosting provider OVH located in France, GDPR-compliant email service) and, where applicable, by the relevant administrations for the submission of your file, with your express agreement.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

No personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area. All our service providers are located in France or in the European Union.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to define post-mortem directives. You can exercise these rights at dpo@omnibuildfr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris).

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, sovereign hosting in France, strict access control, access logging and daily encrypted backups.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
